Excellent very happy

The plumbing service is located in Weston Rd (bathroom showroom on Warwick Rd). Brilliant to have access to such a wide range of components not generally held by DIY stores.

I had been after a replacement bath panel for a ‘P’ shaped bath and having trawled the internet for ages, decided to give Evans a go. I should have used them in the first place and myself saved lots of searching. Very knowledgible and friendly staff. i was able to get a replacement bath panel a lot cheaper than I could get in on line. 100% recommended

It great place with great people .

Went after closing time n still served me, n had a part that screwfix didn’t have, 5* really appreciate it

Good customer service..

Fantastic out fit, can’t do enough for the customer. Would strongly recommend using them.

I’ve used the Olton branch of Edwards trade counter about 3 or 4 times in the past 12 months. I’m not a plumber and in past experience of some other local merchants I always felt uneasy with little to no knowledge of the products. I’ve found Edward’s to be obliging and at ease. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and in every visit, I’ve walked out happy, with the correct part and at a good price. Keep up the good work👍

Excellent service and choice

Excellent plumbers merchant with excellent stock and excellent staff And great mince pies at xmas

Nice people to do business with

I have visited Olton brach first time Thursday, needed a spare parts for the toilet. I was really amazed for the quality of the service and support I received. I would like to thank you so much.Anybody reading this review, go to Edwards bathroom for parts and advice from professionals, don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Will definitely be using Edwards more often.

Great staff easy to be dealt with drivers are quality courteous an ontime no problems

I had an excellent experience at Bathroom Supplies. Kevin was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t fully sure what I needed, but he designed my bathroom layout, guided me through premium product options, and even went the extra mile to source the exact items I wanted. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and professional. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be returning for Phase 2 of my project.

Excellent service can’t praise Kevin enough, really patient and helpful, goods all excellent quality and reasonably priced.

Knowledgeable and great service

Great showroom , good range of stock . Very knowledgeable staff always helpful .

Absolutely amazing plumbing supplier and a fantastic team behind the scenes!! I use Edwards regularly and have done for a number of years, my number 1 go to for all plumbing and heating materials.

Received the best customer service experience ever through Kevin Ross at this company. We were having an extension built so our order was delivered over several weeks as the build progressed.Kevin went above and beyond what you would expect during this period. We had to change our Merlyn shower as our plans changed from a right hand opening slide door to a left.As we hadn’t opened the box he arranged for it to be collected and changed the order for us.He liaised with our plumber who hadn’t fitted our particular Grohe concealed shower before so Kevin sent video links to his phone.I’ve only highlighted a couple of the many things he did for us throughout the whole process.Outstanding customer service.Thank you.

Very helpful and kind.

What happened to the nice fella on the counter who said “it’s a good life” over, and over all day?

Exemplary customer service above and beyond! From start to finish the personal service we received from Kevin was nothing but excellent from offering a free home visit to give an expert bathroom design, advising on best options, helping with a few fitting snags, giving time to chat, responding to emails and queries by return. Nothing was too much trouble and I couldn’t recommend Edwards enough. Thank you Kevin.
